Our steaks have been carefully selected from the Brandt Family’s Freisian Steer & 1855 Black Angus cattle. Our beef is then wet-aged for an additional 60 days, creating a smooth flavor and un-matched tenderness. Our steaks are seasoned liberally with salt & cracked black pepper, broiled at over 1200 degrees, brushed with Worcestershire-shallot butter & finished with beef jus.

All steaks & chops are served with roasted tomato, horseradish-celery salad & garlic toast.
